What should physiotherapy scheduling software do?

Frequently asked questions
Can a first assessment be longer than a follow-up?
Yes. Each appointment type is a separate service with its own duration. A first assessment can take sixty minutes and a follow-up thirty or forty-five. The booking page only offers times where the full duration fits, so a new patient never ends up in a slot that is too short for history and tests.
Can I keep clinical notes in SkedEz?
SkedEz has private client notes meant for scheduling context, not clinical records. Keep assessments, diagnoses and treatment notes in a clinical system built for health data. Because health data is especially sensitive, store only what you need for booking in SkedEz and check your obligations with your association or an adviser.
How do I handle patients who come twice a week?
You can book the following sessions from the calendar at the end of each visit, so the patient leaves with their next dates confirmed, or send the booking link so they choose times that suit them. Each session then gets its own confirmation and reminder by email, and by WhatsApp on the Pro and Teams plans.
