Features
Before the appointment: booking and reminders
It starts with a public booking page where clients choose a service, optionally a team member, and a free time slot at any hour. The same flow can be added to your website as an inline form, a popup or a floating button, and you can lock a service or team member so clients skip that step. Clients see times in their own timezone.
Once an appointment is booked, confirmation and reminder emails go out automatically on every plan, and on Pro and Teams they can be sent from your own business email address. WhatsApp notifications before appointments are available on the Pro and Teams plans. On those plans, online sessions can also include a Google Meet link, and when plans change you can reschedule or cancel the appointment from your calendar.
During the day: calendar, team and services
The calendar shows every appointment with its status, so you can reschedule, cancel or mark appointments as completed or no-show. On the Pro and Teams plans, Google Calendar sync sends your appointments to the calendar you already use, so work and private plans are easier to see in one place. The sync is one-way: it does not read your personal events.
On the Teams plan you add up to 20 team members and set working hours, availability and services for each one, and the booking page only shows combinations that make sense. Services have their own durations, descriptions and prices. The interface and booking flow are available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and Italian, which helps teams and clients who work in different languages.
Over time: clients and reports
Every client has a profile with appointment history, upcoming bookings and private notes visible only to your team. This makes it easier to remember preferences and to see at a glance who is coming back. SkedEz is not a clinical records system, so health professionals keep their clinical documentation elsewhere.
The dashboard shows bookings over time, which services bring in revenue, no-show tracking and your busiest hours. Free includes basic reports, and Pro and Teams include the full reports. They help you adjust opening hours, staffing and services based on your own data. The pages below describe each feature in more detail, including what it does not do, so you can judge the fit before signing up.
Frequently asked questions
Can I add SkedEz to my existing website?
Yes. The booking flow can be embedded as an inline form, opened as a popup or launched from a floating booking button, and this is included on every plan, including Free. You can also lock a specific service or team member so the embedded form skips that choice.
Does SkedEz take payments or send SMS?
No. SkedEz does not process customer payments or deposits and does not send SMS. Reminders are sent by email on every plan, and WhatsApp notifications before appointments are included on the Pro and Teams plans. If you need online payments, you can use a separate payment provider or take payment at the appointment.
Are all features included on every plan?
Not all. Core booking, the booking page and website embeds are on every plan, but Free covers one service, one team member and 10 bookings per month. WhatsApp notifications and Google Calendar and Meet come with Pro, at €9.90 per month or €99.00 per year, and Teams, at €14.90 per month, which also adds up to 20 team members with their own hours. The pricing page lists what each includes.
Which languages does SkedEz support?
The interface and the client booking flow are available in six languages: English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German and Italian. Client timezones are detected automatically, so people booking from another region see appointment times in their own local time.
