Which languages does SkedEz support?
SkedEz is available in English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German and Italian. Both the management interface for you and your team and the booking flow your clients use are available in these six languages. Service names, descriptions and notes that you type yourself are shown as you wrote them, so write them in the language that suits your clients.
How does automatic timezone detection work for clients?
When a client opens your booking page, SkedEz detects the timezone of their device and shows the available times accordingly. This helps clients abroad, and anyone booking an online appointment from another country, understand exactly when the appointment happens for them, without converting hours manually or asking you to confirm the time by message.
Can team members use SkedEz in different languages?
Yes. The interface is available in six languages, so each person on your team can work in the language they are most comfortable with, while clients use the booking flow in theirs.
