Do my clients need to download an app or create an account to book?
No app is needed. Clients open your booking page in the browser on their phone or computer, choose a service, optionally a team member, and a free time slot. To confirm, they sign in or create a client account with their email, or continue with Google. There is nothing to install. They receive their confirmation and reminders by email, and on the Pro and Teams plans they can also get WhatsApp notifications.
Can I add the booking page to my existing website?
Yes. You can place the booking flow on any website as an inline embed inside a page, as a popup widget opened from a button or link, or as a floating booking button that stays on screen. These options are included on every plan, including Free. You can also lock a service or team member so the embed opens with that choice already made.
How much does the booking page cost?

Can clients pay or leave a deposit when they book?
No. SkedEz does not process payments or deposits from your clients. The booking page is for choosing and confirming a time. You charge clients the way you already do, for example at the end of the appointment. If upfront payment is essential for your business, keep that in mind when deciding whether SkedEz fits how you work.
