Can I set different durations for a cut and a colour?
Yes. Each service has its own duration, and the booking page only offers time slots where that full duration fits in the chosen stylist's calendar. That way a long colour or balayage is never squeezed into a short gap. You can adjust durations at any time if you notice a service usually runs longer or shorter than planned.
Do my clients need to install an app to book?
No. Clients book through a normal web page that opens in any phone or computer browser, with no app to download. They choose the service, the stylist if they want, and a free time, then sign in or create a client account with their email when they confirm. Confirmations and reminders arrive by email, and by WhatsApp on the Pro and Teams plans.
Can clients choose a specific stylist?
Yes, on the Teams plan, which supports up to 20 team members with their own hours. Clients can pick a stylist or leave it open to see anyone available. You decide which services each stylist offers and when they work, and you can create a link or website button locked to one stylist so their regulars go straight to that person's availability.
