Can I still accept walk-ins if I use online booking?
Yes. Online booking only offers the hours you open for it, so you can keep part of the day free for walk-ins or simply add walk-in clients to the calendar yourself. Because everything lives in one calendar, you can see quickly whether a walk-in fits before the next booked appointment.
Will my regulars find it complicated?
Booking takes a few taps on a normal web page, with no app to install. Clients choose the service, the barber if they care, and a time. Many regulars end up saving the link or tapping it from your Instagram bio whenever they need their next cut, instead of messaging you.
Does SkedEz send WhatsApp reminders to clients?
SkedEz sends email reminders before appointments, and WhatsApp notifications on the Pro and Teams plans. It does not send SMS. Reminders help clients remember their slot and give them a simple way to reschedule, although no reminder system can prevent every missed appointment.
