Setting up SkedEz for a clinic
Add your treatments with their durations, then each physiotherapist or professional with their working hours. SkedEz builds a booking page where patients choose the treatment, the person and the time.
Paste the SkedEz embed into your clinic website or share the link by WhatsApp. Most practices make a test booking, check the reminder and start taking appointments the same day.
A normal day in SkedEz
Reception opens the SkedEz calendar to see every practitioner side by side. Patients get email reminders and, on Pro and Teams, a WhatsApp message before their session.
Notes from earlier visits stay in each patient's history, private to your team. The dashboard shows bookings and revenue by service across the clinic.

SkedEz Pro is €9.90/month or €99.00/year for one professional; Teams is €14.90/month for up to 20, without per-employee fees or booking commissions. Paid plans start with a 15-day or 30-day free trial.
TIMIFY schedules rooms and equipment as resources and prices per resource. SkedEz schedules people only, so plan room use separately if two practitioners share a treatment room.
