Setting up SkedEz for coaching, training or consulting
Create one SkedEz service per offer, such as a discovery session, a one-hour coaching call or a personal training slot, each with its duration. Then set your working hours, and SkedEz only shows clients the slots you are truly free.
Share the booking page link in your bio, emails and website, or embed it as a section, popup or floating button. Clients book on their own and SkedEz sends the confirmation, so you spend less time agreeing times by message.
Your day with SkedEz: reminders, notes and returning clients
SkedEz reminds clients by email before each session on every plan. On Pro and Teams it also reminds them by WhatsApp and copies the booking to your Google Calendar. SkedEz does not send SMS.
After a session, add private notes to the client's history: goals, progress or what to cover next time. When the client books again, everything is there, which matters when you work with the same people week after week.
What SkedEz costs for an independent professional
Most solo coaches and trainers use SkedEz Pro at €9.90/month or €99.00/year, with no commission per booking and no minimum contract. Try it free for 15 days on monthly billing or 30 days on annual billing; the Free plan (1 service, 10 bookings a month) is for testing.
If you grow into a studio, SkedEz Teams costs €14.90/month for up to 20 team members at one price. Calendly, by comparison, prices paid plans per seat. SkedEz does not take online payments, so clients pay you the way they do today.

No. SkedEz does not process payments or deposits, so you keep charging clients as you do now, for example by transfer or in person.
